Government shutdown assistance
At Ent Credit Union, we understand that a government shutdown may create financial challenges for many, including federal employees, government contractors and military personnel. We’re here to help with solutions designed to support you during this time.
Who may qualify for assistance
If you’ve been impacted by the government shutdown, you may qualify for our support programs. This includes federal employees, government contractors and military personnel.
How We Can Help:
- You may be able to defer your loan payment without penalty.
- If you are closing a mortgage and have an FHA or VA loan, or will need flood insurance, please check with your mortgage processor.
- You may be able to use our Skip-a-Pay program if your loan qualifies.
- For any other assistance, please call us at 800-525-9623 or stop by any service center.
