While the government shutdown has ended, at Ent Credit Union we understand that it may still cause lingering financial challenges for many federal employees, government contractors and military personnel. We’re still here to help with solutions designed to support you.
Who may qualify for assistance
If you were impacted by the government shutdown, you may qualify for our support programs. This includes federal employees, government contractors and military personnel.
How we can help
- You may be able to defer your loan payment without penalty
- You may be able to use our Skip-A-Pay program if your loan qualifies
- For any other assistance, please call us at 800-525-9623 or stop by any service center
