  2. Within five (5) days, you’ll receive an email from support@nxgprotect.com confirming activation and containing a registration link.
  3. Follow that link to complete your registration in the benefits Portal.

Members who are 18 years of age and older with personal checking accounts in good standing are eligible to enroll in Ent Protect. Business, Trust, Estate, and other entity type accounts are not eligible for Ent Protect.

Ent Protect brings you the best value in identity theft resolution, credit monitoring, and cell phone protection services. This new program, designed to meet the growing need to protect against fraud and cybercriminals is now available to eligible Ent Credit Union primary checking account holders.

Ent Protect includes the following services:

  • Fully-Managed Identity Theft Resolution Services – Should you become a victim of identity theft, a dedicated fraud specialist will be assigned to manage your case. Experienced recovery professionals will handle the recovery process until your identity is restored.
  • Single Bureau Credit File Monitoring - With Ent Protect, you have access to daily credit file monitoring with automated alerts of key changes or suspicious activity on your credit report. It is important to check your credit reports regularly. Early detection is key to minimizing the damage that mistakes and fraudulent activity can have on your credit. (Registration/activation required.)
  • Dark Web Monitoring – The underground internet, also called the Deep Web or Dark Web, is where cybercriminals illegally store and sell personal information. Dark Web Monitoring, also known as cyber monitoring, allows you to monitor your personal information on the Dark Web and receive alerts when your registered information is exposed online.

    Dark Web Monitoring with Ent Protect provides you with the opportunity to add credentials for monitoring, including:

    • Social Security Number
    • Email addresses and phone numbers
    • Credit/debit cards
    • Bank accounts
    • Driver’s license/government issued ID
    • Usernames
    • Medical ID

Alerts of compromised data on the Dark Web can help you act early to minimize or avoid identity theft. Alerts are provided by email. (Registration/activation required.)

  • Credit Reports and Scores – Ent Protect includes credit bureau Credit File Monitoring which, once activated, provides monthly access to your credit score and the ability to request your credit report every six months. (Registration/activation required.)
  • Cell Phone Protection - Cell phones are part of our daily lives. Replacing them if they are stolen or damaged can be costly. Ent Protect covers an unlimited number of phones listed on your wireless phone sign-up at the time of loss. Get up to $500 per claim. File up to two claims per 12-month period, and pay only a $50 deductible per claim. This valuable protection covers you whether you are at home or abroad. Refer to the terms and conditions for the complete details of coverage.
  • Debit and Credit Card Registration - If any registered cards are lost or stolen, you will receive assistance to cancel them and order replacements. (Registration/activation required.)
  • Up to $25,000 Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement Coverage5 – Ent Protect covers out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the identity recovery process, up to a maximum of $25,000 with zero deductible. Ent Protect provides reimbursement of unrecoverable, unauthorized electronic fund transfers from checking or savings accounts and unrecoverable, unauthorized electronic fund transfers from individual and/or employer-funded retirement or health savings accounts.   • Solicitation Reduction Manager - An important step in protecting your identity is to reduce the amount of personal information available to telemarketers and in your mailbox. Receive resources to help you opt out of pre-approved credit card offers, tele­marketing calls and commercial mail.

Ent Protect is only available to Ent members with active personal checking accounts in good standing. All Ent Protect benefits are available to the primary checking account holder. Identity Theft Resolution and Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement Insurance also provide coverage for up to three generations of the primary’s family – including spouses/domestic partners, plus children, dependents and parents who live at your same address (or parents living in an elderly care facility). Additionally, Cell Phone Protection provides coverage for all phones on your cell phone bill.

The $4.99 charge is an automatic monthly withdrawal from the Ent personal checking account of your choice, on the first of every month, starting the month after you sign up.  From there, ongoing monthly payments of $4.99 will be withdrawn from your checking account on the first of every month.

Current Ent personal checking account members can enroll by logging into online banking or by calling 800-525-9623. A non-member must first open an Ent personal checking account before enrolling in Ent Protect. To open an Ent personal checking account, you can complete an online application or visit an Ent Service Center location. Within five (5) days of signing up, you will receive an email from support@nxgprotect.com confirming activation with a link to access all benefits. Once registration is complete, your benefits can be easily accessed online at entprotect.nxgprotect.com.

As a member of Ent Protect, you will receive access to your benefits at entprotect.nxgprotect.com. Filing a claim for either benefit is just a phone call away. Complete information is available once you are registered for Ent Protect at entprotect.nxgprotect.com.

You can cancel Ent Protect anytime through Online Banking by accessing Ent Protect from the "Services" menu, by visiting an Ent Service Center Location, or by calling an Ent Member Service Representative at 800-525-9623. Your benefits will continue for the reminder of the month, with the cancelation effective the following month.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions is required prior to enrollment in Ent Protect. Ent accounts are insured by NCUA. 1 Eligibility: To be eligible for Program, and to fully access all the features of the Program, You must be an Ent Credit Union account holder and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. 3 You will have access to Your credit report and score provided Your information has been verified by the CRA, Credit Reporting Agency. Credit score is a VantageScore 3.0 based on Experian data. Third parties may use a different type of credit score to assess Your creditworthiness. Once You have activated credit file monitoring, You may request Your credit score. Once You have done so, You will have access to Your score on a monthly basis.

4 Credit Score Tracker: Once credit file monitoring has been activated and You have requested Your first credit score, You may request a new credit score each month to be plotted on Your Credit Score Tracker graph. Monthly email notifications will be sent to let You know when Your new score is available.

5 The Identity Fraud Expense Reimbursement benefit is underwritten and administered by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, an Assurant company, under group or blanket policies issued to Policyholder or its respective affiliates for the benefit of its Members.
