Protect Your Personal Information
This is a public community, and anything you post can be viewed by others. Do not share personal or sensitive information you wouldn’t want made public. For example, never post your Social Security number, account number, passwords, PINs, or other sensitive data on our social media channels or other public websites.
Also, do not share personal information about others that could invade their privacy.
Your posts are subject to each platform’s privacy and data security practices. Even if you delete a post, others may have already seen or shared it. Ent social admin may delete your comment if you are sharing personal information.
Stay Safe
Your posts must not contain unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, fraud, spam, or links to content that violates copyright, trademark, or other legal rights. For cybersecurity, do not open third-party links unless you are confident in their legitimacy. These links may pose risks or lead to inappropriate sites.
In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), users must be at least 13 years old to participate. Online platforms are not permitted to collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Be Kind
Treat all members of the community with respect — even when disagreements arise. Do not post content that is inappropriate, offensive, profane, or culturally, racially, or socially insensitive. Harassing, disruptive, or defamatory comments are not permitted.
Important Notices
Our communities are public forums. The views and opinions expressed by community participants — including Ent Credit Union employees or partners — do not necessarily reflect those of Ent Credit Union.
Ent Credit Union is not responsible for views expressed by others, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in our social media communities, including exposure to inappropriate or offensive content.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or that we, at our sole discretion, deem objectionable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Spam
- Hate speech
- Discriminatory remarks
- False or misleading information
We may suspend or block users who violate our guidelines. Where appropriate, we may report violations to the relevant authorities.
Endorsements and Sponsorships
We may occasionally share links to third-party websites or content. This does not constitute an official endorsement of those individuals, websites, or companies.
Important Reminder
When you visit Ent Credit Union on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), your activity is governed by those platforms’ current terms, conditions, and privacy policies. These platforms are not affiliated with Ent Credit Union and may have policies that differ from ours.
