Get to know Jacob

Jacob is a Mortgage Loan Officer who helps members/borrowers with financing homes throughout Colorado. Jacob is a Colorado Native who always strives to provide high-level service to the communities he serves so they can achieve their financial dreams. He started his credit union career in 2006 as a teller for Decibel Credit Union in Pueblo. After they merged with Ent in 2007, he completed further education/certifications through the credit union in multiple areas, including business banking. He then transferred to the Rye area and continued to work between Rye and Pueblo until he moved to the Denver area in 2012, where he furthered his career by adding loan originator and closer certifications while working in downtown Denver. In 2017, Jacob accepted a position in the Business Banking department as a Business Banker and Loan Officer, focusing on commercial lending and business banking, continuing to cover the Denver area, including new locations opened in Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton and other south Denver areas. In 2021, Jacob accepted a Mortgage Loan Officer position in the residential mortgage department. He moved to the Fort Collins/Loveland area to help with additional expansion in the Northern Colorado (NoCo) area. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, he continues to serve members throughout Colorado. Jacob’s success in the industry stems from his laid back but member-first and focused approach, listening and problem-solving skills and his ability to think outside of the box to come up with unique solutions for his members' specific situations/needs.

Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, playing Cornhole and basketball. He loves to travel and attend live music, stand-up comedy and sports events, as well as spending time with his family, including his dog Waffles.
