Our Shields Service Center is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, just a short drive from the downtown area with fast access to dozens of stores and restaurants. It’s a thriving community that’s known for its scenic natural beauty, gorgeous homes and thriving local economy. More people keep moving here year after year and Ent is proud to help the city evolve over time. We have several branch locations across the city, so you can stop in for a visit, regardless of where you live or work.

Regardless of what brings you to Fort Collins, our Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are here to help you with all of your banking needs. From everyday lending and budgeting to paying off your student debt and saving for your first house, we provide the tools and financial resources that you need to reach your goals.  

You don’t have to make an appointment to set up your account. Just swing by during our lobby hours to speak with one of our MSRs. They can set you up with an instant issue debit card in just a few minutes, so you can start spending as soon as possible. Or, if you prefer, become a member online through the Ent website. 

Although we do love seeing our owner-members, if you’re in a hurry, and already have an account, you can always use our ATM or Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to withdraw cash, make a deposit or check your balance. Or you can manage your money entirely online using the Ent Mobile Banking App. From reviewing your account balances and history, transferring funds or making loan payments entirely from the app, we make banking easy. 

We also offer a range of lending options at our Shields Service Center, including affordable personal, auto and home loans. It is our promise to offer better rates, less fees and friendly, personal service, so you can feel confident with your financial health. You can borrow money and work towards some of life’s most important purchases without taking unnecessary debt. 

It’s usually best to schedule an appointment when applying for a loan. We have an onsite loan advisor that can help answer all your questions. They will go over your application to increase your chances of getting approved. Our loan advisors work with everyone, regardless of their financial history. If you don’t get approved for a loan, we will help you improve your credit score as you explore other options.
