No need to schedule an appointment if you would like to open an account at Ent. Just stop by during our regular service hours to get an instant issue debit card in just 15 minutes or less. Our Wilcox Service Center is open six days a week. One of our Member Service Representatives (MSRs) will be there to answer all your questions as you utilize the benefits of banking with Ent.

Wilcox Service Center FAQs

Yes, we are open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. You can also use the drive-up ITM from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
We ask that you make an appointment when opening a business account or applying for a loan. However, you don’t need an appointment to set up a savings or checking account.
