The Promenade Service Center is located near the Outlets at Castle Rock, right off I-25. Our service center is just a short drive from dozens of brand name stores, including Sam’s Club, King Soopers Supermarket and Home Depot. You can run errands and stop in for a visit to manage your money all in one trip.
We offer personalized service for our diverse owner-members at our Promenade location. From first-time home buyers, business owners and new consumers wanting to build credit, we are proud of the long-standing relationships that we have formed with members of our community. In addition to our personalized service, Ent is known for offering competitive personal loans and expert financial advice to help you reach your financial goals. You don’t have to schedule an appointment to open an account or make a transaction. Use one of our ATMs or open an account online. As an owner-member, you can also use the Ent Mobile Banking App to manage your finances on the go.
However, we ask that you schedule an appointment with our onsite loan officer if you'd like to learn more about our competitive personal loans. They will explain the application process in detail and provide tools and resources to help you find the right loan based on your financial goals. No, we don’t offer shared banking at this time.
Yes, our lobby and drive-up lane are open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. You can also access the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This connects you to an Ent MSRs that can help you make sense of the options of the screen.
We are located in the back of the Sam's Club parking lot on the west side of I-25. If you type our address into your GPS, it may take you to the wrong location, as sometimes it shows that we are located inside of Sam's Club.
