Brett Benedetti
Brett’s success during his five-year career as a mortgage loan officer hinges on one of his strongest skills: the ability to genuinely listen to his borrowers’ needs. A self-professed advocate for his members, the Colorado native makes himself available during every step of the borrowing process — and even after the loan has closed. While he only pretends to be fluent in other languages when traveling abroad, he is an expert in translating the complex loan process into a stress-free experience. A long-time Denver area resident, Brett attended Colorado State University. He spends his down time tinkering with cars and relaxing with family (which includes three dogs and a cat).

The LoDo Service Center is one of our many Denver area credit unions. You will find us situated between Cherry Creek and Union Station. We are located in the historic Steelbridge building — built in 1919 to house the Great Western Sugar Company. The building has a one-of-a-kind design that’s sure to make your next visit memorable.
We serve a wide range of individuals at our LoDo Service Center, including homeowners, professionals, commuters, students and others that are new to the world of banking and investing. Our Member Service Representatives (MSRs) live and work in the communities they serve. They bring years of financial experience to help you make the most of your hard-earned money. Whether you’re looking to refinance your home, consolidate your debt or sign up for a savings account, you will find everything you need at Ent. Schedule an appointment, explore our website or stop by on your way home from work to learn more about the benefits of banking with Ent.
We offer a variety of financial services and products at our LoDo location in downtown Denver. You can use the ATM to withdraw cash without having to come inside the building. You also don’t need to schedule an appointment if you’re looking to open a checking or savings account; however, we recommend that you reserve a spot ahead of time if you’re looking to apply for a loan or open a business account.
Bank with ease. Use our banking products to deposit, save, and manage money – online or in person. While our MSRs are always happy to see our owner-members, the LoDo Service Center has an ATM to withdrawal cash without having to come inside the building. If you’re wanting to bank from home or on-the-go, the Ent website and Mobile Banking App allow users to create an account online as well as view account balances, transaction history, make loan payments or transfer funds. If you do choose to visit us during our lobby hours, you don’t need to schedule an appointment if you’re looking to open a checking or savings account; however, we recommend that you reserve a spot ahead of time if you’re looking to apply for a loan or open a business account.
We know that applying for a loan isn’t always easy, but our MSRs are dedicated to personalized service. When applying for a loan, our MSRs will walk you through your options, so you can be confident in your financial decision. LoDo Service Center FAQs
Parking is available nearby. There are many paid surface lots, garages and meters around LoDo. Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking at this location.
We have a cash dispensing ATM that is open 24/7. We also have a night depository box for Ent members who wish to make after-hours deposits.
Our lobby tends to move quickly. For routine transactions, 15 to 30 minutes on the meter should be enough. If you are opening a new account, expect to pay $1 at the meter for a full hour. We will do our best to fully take care of your needs as quickly as possible.
