| Alerts did not carry over | Alerts did not transfer to the new system. To continue receiving alerts, please set them up again in the updated experience by navigating to the Alerts menu. |
| Business credit card autopay not visible | Existing auto-payments will continue as scheduled with no action needed. However, you won’t be able to view or make changes to auto-pay at this time. Please call or visit a service center to make changes. |
| Credit card one-time future payments not visible | Scheduled one-time payments are not visible in the new system but will process as expected. No action is needed unless you want to make changes. Please call or visit a service center to make changes. |
| Line of credit transfers to checking or savings not supported | Scheduled transfers from a line of credit to checking or savings are no longer supported. To move funds, please make a one-time payment by navigating to the Transfers & Payments menu. |
| Error page when logging in to digital banking | Some members may see a message saying they are blocked when trying to log in. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off and logging in again. If you're still having trouble, please reach out to us. |
