Board of Directors Announces CEO’s Retirement and Names Incoming CEO
As chairman of Ent’s Board of Directors, I want you to be among the first to know of President & CEO Randy Bernstein’s upcoming retirement, scheduled for October 3, and the board’s unanimous selection of Chad Graves, Ent’s current senior executive vice president of operations and technology, as incoming CEO.
During his tenure as Ent’s President & CEO, Randy led the credit union’s successful field of membership expansion, returned more than $12 million to members through a Special Member Dividend and returned an additional $10 million to members during the first three years of the credit union’s popular Ent Extras reward program. Under his leadership, Ent has continued to expand its service center network and added innovative products and services, while maintaining an exemplary record of safety and soundness.
A member of the credit union’s leadership team since 2003, Chad has also served as Ent’s senior vice president of information technology. Over the years, Chad and his team have been instrumental in identifying, designing and implementing the emerging technologies that have helped us continue to better serve you, our member-owners.
Chad has been recognized by Credit Union Magazine for his outstanding innovation, service and achievement in the credit union industry, and was named the Information Technology Executive of the Year by Credit Union Times in 2013. He has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Idaho.
We are confident that this will be a smooth transition for both our members and our staff this fall. As part of the Ent team since 1999, Chad is committed to building upon the organization’s success, focusing on: financial safety and soundness; member service excellence; and providing the high-quality products and services our members need to improve their financial quality of life.
We are indebted to Randy for his 20 years of dedication and service to our member-owners, and we look forward to Chad’s leadership in the years ahead.
