Ent Credit Union has opened a new call center in Pueblo, in the building which was formerly Ent’s Spaulding Service Center. Ent’s new Pueblo call center will work in tandem with Ent’s Colorado Springs call center to serve credit union members Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Mountain Time.)
Initially staffed with six full-time member service representatives, the facility has the ability to support up to 12 additional full-time staff, as the credit union’s call volume grows. Ent estimates each full-time representative is able to assist from between 100 to 120 members per day.
“We’re very pleased to have opened our second member service call center here in Pueblo,” said Michelle Flores, Ent’s director of call center operations. “Not only does it give us the ability to serve more credit union members by phone, it also gives Ent an opportunity to be more attractive to potential employees - who may be looking for employment opportunities near home.”
