Ent Credit Union has been named a 2017 Best Workplace in the Pikes Peak region in The Gazette’s inaugural Best Workplaces awards.
The Gazette sought company nominations from private, public, nonprofit and government organizations in the Pikes Peak region, and gathered employee feedback on nominated workplaces through an online survey. A total of 68 employers were recognized as Best Workplaces in the Pikes Peak region, with only 10 recognized in the “Extra Large Employer” category – of which Ent Credit Union is a member – which included employers with 299 or more employees.
“We are honored to have been recognized in the inaugural year of this award program,” said Sharie Flanagan, Ent’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. “At Ent, we recognize that our employees are a key part of our organization’s continued success, and one of the credit union’s strategic goals is to be consistently regarded as an ‘employer of choice’ in the communities we serve. It has been very rewarding to learn, through this recognition program, that our employees consider us a workplace of choice in the Pikes Peak region.”
