Renovations planned for Ent Credit Union’s Pueblo Main Service Center
Ent Credit Union, Colorado’s leading credit union, is renovating their Pueblo Main service center with interior and exterior updates at 300 West 5th Street in Pueblo. Ent identified a variety of improvement opportunities for the 70-year-old building that will be addressed during the remodel including: enhanced drive-up access, using a more open floor plan and improved vehicle traffic flow in and out of the center. These renovations, set to begin this summer and be completed by early next year, will provide enhanced convenience for the members who live, work, and worship in Pueblo. The service center will remain open during renovations.
“We are excited to be able to provide the 12,700 active Ent members in this area with even more ease of use, new features and technology,” said Matt Gendron, Ent’s Chief Engagement Officer. “Providing that extra level of convenience and accessibility for our members is essential,” said Gendron.
The renovated center will include an updated parking lot design with additional parking spaces, two drive-up Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) with extended video teller hours and a completely refreshed interior that reflects Ent’s open and transparent approach to service. These features include open teller pods, a tech bar and safe boxes with biometric access for increased member convenience.
“This service center has been the heart of Ent’s presence in Pueblo,” said Ent’s VP, New Markets & Strategy, Victoria Selfridge. “The renovations we’re making will allow our members to have easier access to more of the great amenities we offer at the same location they have come to know and love.”
