If you ask any of our members about Ent and why they choose to conduct their financial business with us, one of the first answers you will hear is our commitment to member service.
It is at the core of what we do and who we are as a credit union.
When we chose to add Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) to our service network, we did so to:
- Provide face-to-face service for our members - even in drive-up lanes – allowing us to offer a level of service a pneumatic tube can’t give;
- Offer extended service hours in areas where we do not have a service center, or where our service hours are limited;
- Give our members a choice between performing an ATM transaction or speaking with a member service representative.
Going forward, ITMs will be a standard feature at our new service centers and we’ll continue to add them throughout our service area to offer extended service to our members.
ITMs are just one way that we’re looking to the future and how we can continue to help you improve your financial life.
