Changes are coming to Online Banking Remote Deposit

Starting July 8, our online check scanning software has a new streamlined process, but works essentially the same way. The biggest shift: The web application will look a little different, especially when you first log in.

Do continue to use Internet Explorer as the software will not work in Chrome or any other web browser. Please note, the "Help" section within the software doesn't reflect our specific processes, so the document download or the video are the best places for helpful guidance.

Deposits are reviewed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain Time excluding federal holidays. If a deposit is made after 5 p.m. Mountain Time and was held for review, it will be processed the following business day. Holds may apply. Remote Deposit is limited to business accounts.
