Announcement: New Headquarters

Ent Credit Union to Build New Headquarters in Colorado Springs

Map of Ent's New Headquarters LocationSince 1957, it has been our privilege to serve you and help improve your financial quality of life. From our initial eight members at Ent Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, our credit union has grown to serve more than 330,000 members across 14 Colorado counties.

As Ent’s membership has grown, our employee team has expanded as well. Now, after 17 years in our current office buildings at Woodmen and I-25, we have reached the point where we need more space.

After careful analysis of a variety of alternatives, we have determined the best strategy is to build a new headquarters in northern Colorado Springs. We are in the process of purchasing land at The Campus at Foothills Farm, located near Interquest Parkway and I-25.

This new headquarters will be an investment that helps Ent continue to improve your financial quality of life and remain a regional employer of choice. We anticipate breaking ground mid-2019 with the construction project taking approximately two years to complete.

Thank you for your membership in our credit union, and thank you for your support as we embark on this exciting step in Ent’s future.

Over the past 17 years, Ent’s back-office operations have outgrown our current office space at Woodmen and I-25. Of the variety of options available to address our space needs, the best strategy – which will support employee growth for the foreseeable future – is to build a new headquarters.

Yes. Ent Credit Union is well capitalized, ending 2018 with a Net Worth of 13%. We have carefully forecast the impact of this project alongside our service center expansion plans in order to assure our long-term financial safety and soundness.

Because of our strong financial position, we are able to regularly invest in new technology, training and facilities projects like our new headquarters – in order to increase the value we offer our members and deliver exceptional member service.

In short, Ent is at a point where we need to invest in additional office space to support our ongoing operations and our ability to provide exceptional member service. We have forecast Ent’s back-office staffing and space needs for the next 15-20 years, and identified that building a new headquarters is the best strategy for the long-term future of our credit union.

We routinely offer highly competitive rates and no or low fees for services, and are proud to have returned more than $11 million to members last year through our Ent Extras cash rewards program.

No, the new headquarters will not include a drive-up or face-to-face member service area.
