We are pleased to announce that individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Elbert, Larimer and Weld Counties can now join Ent! Our requests to serve these six additional counties were approved on Friday, October 12 by our state regulator, Colorado’s Division of Financial Services (DFS).
We look forward to the opportunities that are now available to better serve current and future Ent members. For your convenience, answers to frequently asked questions about our expanded field of membership are available below.
Thank you for your membership and supporting our credit union’s continued success.
Over the past few years, we have regularly received requests from current members to add Ent locations in these northern Colorado counties. Today, Ent has more than 16,000 members living in these counties in addition to members who regularly commute to these communities.
Now that Ent’s field of membership includes all individuals who live, work or worship in these counties, we can move forward on adding Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and service centers in these areas.
This expanded field of membership will allow Ent to serve more individuals and businesses in Colorado.
Serving these additional counties is part of the credit union’s long term strategy to geographically diversify Ent’s membership and asset base, providing us with additional stability during economic downturns.
There will be no increased costs or negative impact to members as a result of Ent’s expanded field of membership.
In fact – members will gain service convenience over time as ITMs and service centers are added in new communities.
We are already at work identifying potential ITM and service centers locations in these counties.
We will continue to keep members up-to-date as we finalize plans for the addition of an ITM or service center in any of the communities we serve.
