As a member-centric organization, Ent is committed to providing the best member experience possible. In order to incorporate your voice, we have created the Member Ambassador Group. This group is comprised of Ent members who are willing to preview, test, and provide feedback for new and potential online banking features before they are released to the general membership.
Being a part of the Member Ambassador Group is a commitment. As a participant, you are expected to interact with a variety of features within online banking, using them as you normally would in your daily life. Some of these features might be a little rough around the edges, so we’ll rely on your feedback to help us improve the functionality. Due to the nature of certain features, each selected member will be required to sign and adhere to a non-disclosure agreement. - You must be 18 years or older
- Your account must be open and in good standing
- You must be a registered user within Ent’s Online Banking
- You must not be an employee or volunteer of the credit union
Ent and our affiliates will never ask you to verify your account number, Social Security number, debit or credit card number, PIN or any other sensitive personal financial information. If you suspect you have been a victim of theft or fraud, we can provide support, guidance and assistance with a police report as well as notifying the major credit bureaus and your creditors.
