Open a Business Account

Ready to partner with Ent? 

Select your business type from the list below for the documentation you will need to open your Ent business account.

Your business must also be registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State (SOS). Ownership must be defined within the documents on file with SOS or additional documentation will be required to open your account. All owners (business principals) must be present at account opening and your business must meet Ent membership requirements.

  • Social Security number (SSN) of owner or IRS assigned Employer Identification Number (EIN) letter 
  • Trade name registration from SOS .
  • IRS assigned Employer Identification Number (EIN) letter 
  • Trade name registration from SOS 
  • Deposit and Borrowing Authorizations or Partnership Agreement signed by all partners
  • IRS assigned Employer Identification Number (EIN) letter 
  • Articles of Incorporation from SOS
  • Bylaws, if applicable
  • Board Resolution, if applicable
  • Filed Assumed Name Certificate if corporation conducts business under an assumed name 
  • IRS assigned Employer Identification Number (EIN) letter 
  • Articles of Organization from SOS
  • Operating Agreement, if applicable 
  • Trade Name Registration, if applicable 
  • Certificate of Authority must be obtained from the State of Colorado if the LLC is registered in a different state 
  • IRS assigned Employer Identification Number (EIN) letter 
  • Signed meeting minutes stating the individual(s) authorized to establish or conduct business on behalf of the club or organization, signed by the president or officers of the organization.
