Ent has seen various instances of a direct mail phishing scam. Scammers will send out a postcard using information they have obtained from public mortgage records in an attempt to gather additional personal information from you, such as your phone number and bank account number.
The postcard typically mentions an urgent matter and that a response is required. It may reference Ent and a mortgage ID number, but disclose that Ent is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or the provider of this information. This postcard should be ignored, as it is nothing more than a phishing scam. If you have questions or wish to discuss further, please call us at (719) 574-1100 or 800-525-9623.
