Your Security Profile
Your Online Banking Security Profile contains two security features:
- Challenge Questions
- Secure Image and Phrase
These features help Ent verify your identity online and can help protect you from fraud, identity theft and unauthorized use of your accounts. Setting up your Online Banking Security Profile is quick and easy, and is part of
your Online Banking First-Time Log On process.
Once set up, your Online Banking Security Profile protects you in two ways:
- First – we'll use your Challenge Questions to validate that you and only you are accessing your account online when higher risk activity is being performed. For example, if we detect that you are logging on to Online Banking from a
computer or device you don't typically use – we may ask you a Challenge Question. Similarly, if you are updating your mailing address or other contact information, we may ask you a Challenge Question to verify it's really you making the update.
- The second way your Security Profile protects you is during the Log On process. After you enter your User ID you'll be presented with your Secure Image and Phrase on the Passcode screen. With this feature you can be assured that Ent recognizes your User ID,
and that you are logging on to the official Ent Online Banking site, and not a phishing or "look alike" website. If you don't see your selected Secure Image and Phrase, you’ll know you are not on the official Ent Online Banking site and should
contact us right away.
With your Online Banking Security Profile in place you’re helping prevent unauthorized access and use of your accounts online.

Additional Security Tips
To make sure you're maximizing your Online Banking security, here are two additional security tips we recommend:
- Create a custom User ID
Create a custom User ID for your account that does not include any sensitive account information – like your account number. You can use any combination of numbers, letters and even special characters to create a custom
Online Banking User ID that is meaningful to you – and is easy to remember.
- Create a strong Passcode
Create a Passcode for your account that does not include any sensitive personal or account information – like your account number, date of birth, or your mother's maiden name.
By using a combination of numbers, letters and even special characters to create a custom Online Banking Passcode, you'll have a Passcode that is harder for a fraudster to guess or crack.
