New Regulations Impacting Overdraft Protection (Courtesy Pay) on Your ATM and Everyday Debit Card Transactions

As you may know, new Overdraft Protection (Courtesy Pay) regulations impacting all current ATM/Debit Card holders go into effect August 15, 2010.

If you have an Ent checking account with an ATM/Debit Card, you were automatically provided overdraft protection for your ATM and everyday Debit Card transactions through Ent’s Courtesy Pay service. Due to new government regulations, you must decide whether you’d like to "Opt-in" to continue receiving Ent’s Courtesy Pay coverage on your ATM and everyday Debit Card transactions after August 15, 2010.
