Mr. Emmer has been leading Ent since 1996.
- Randy Bernstein, Executive Vice President/COO
Mr. Bernstein oversees Operations and Information Technology.
- MJ Coon, Senior Vice President/CFO
Ms. Coon is directly responsible for the financial standing of the credit union.
- James Moore, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Development
Mr. Moore has executive oversight of marketing activities, including market research, advertising, public relations, business development, and e-commerce. He is also President of Enterprise First Financial Services.
- William Vogeney, Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Vogeney oversees the direction and management of all consumer lending programs including vehicle loans, mortgage and home equity loans, and other personal or collateralized lending.
- Barbara Winter, Senior Vice President Organizational Resources
Ms. Winter oversees Support Services, Human Resources, and Training & Development.
- Matt Gendron, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Gendron oversees the Service Centers, Call Center, ATM operations, and Procedures as well as the sales and services initiatives for the credit union.
- Chad Graves, Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Graves leads all information technology departments, including equipment management, technical training, technical services, systems integration, and host services.
